I attended the opening reception of Type Matters: The Artistry of Bookbinding and Letterform at the muckenthaler Cultural Center in Fullerton, California. The different letter forms and hand cut type was quite fascinating. I enjoyed my bookmaking class and using the letterpress machine back when I was an art student at Cal State Fullerton. That same week at BIOLA UNIVERSITY I set up my crochet accessories to raise funds for urban arts outreach and my Human Trafficking cause. There were live graffiti art from the isi crew (isicrew.com) and  performances by various artists (urbanArtsOutreach.org) at the SOLA SOUL 2012.
