June Fashion Show

A voice for the voiceless.

I had the honor of speaking about Human Trafficking at this fashion show in Downey. I receive invitations to speak at different events from time to time. I had a booth set up of my designs; funds raised to help support human trafficked victims.

Dressed to impress.

This fashion show was very fitting. Showing the girls and women that you can dress modestly without revealing too much and still look fashionable. Cirene sang for us, a message from the Bible was shared, and then a powerpoint of do's and dont's for various body shapes.

The winning ticket.

I had told the vendor conducting the raffle that I was on a winning streak.  I hope I still am. Everything was spoken in Spanish but somehow my ears perked up when the numbers were called...dos, seis, ocho! That's me! I won! I got to choose an accessory from the table.
